Senior Vice President of Sotheby’s International Realty, Royce Pinkwater, has been a powerful presence in New York real estate for 25 years, consistently ranking at the top one percent of Sotheby’s International Realty producers worldwide. In her very first year, Royce Pinkwater was ranked number one in sales. She has had the distinction of being recognized yearly by the Wall Street Journal as being in the top one hundredth of one percent of real estate agents nationwide. Royce has set and celebrated numerous price records in Manhattan for a variety of property types.
Responding to the dynamic changes that were happening globally in the lives and businesses of her client base, in 2011 Ms. Pinkwater became the Founder and Chair of the new Global Partnership. In 30 markets and growing, it is the only global network solely comprised of the finest Sotheby’s real estate experts in every key market. While still continuing to be an expert in the luxury Manhattan market, Royce and her partners work in lockstep, enabling them to have their fingers on the pulse of prime real estate worldwide. In her new position, Royce Pinkwater travels the globe, facilitating the acquisition of the world’s signature properties and discovering exceptional opportunities for her clients. Ms. Pinkwater is renowned for her ability to make deals at the upper echelons of Manhattan residential real estate and is highly regarded for her negotiating expertise. She has set numerous price records for a variety of property types including the highest townhouse sale in Greenwich Village, the record for a TriBeCa penthouse and the first $20 million sale for an Upper East Side penthouse. Her notable transactions include properties in several of the distinguished Rosario Candela buildings, 834 Fifth Avenue, 960 Fifth, 720 Park among many others.

A graduate of NYU, Ms. Pinkwater has lived in New York City all her life. In addition to her work, Royce is committed to supporting a number of charitable institutions, including Prep for Prep, The School of American Ballet, The New York Women’s Foundation, The Innocence Project and Creative Time.
